Assurant is a leading global business services company that supports, protects, and connects major consumer purchases. They are seeking a Retail-OEM Sr Growth Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategies and optimize program performance for their Retail and OEM clients through data-driven insights and effective messaging.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Product Management, Business Administration or another related field
- A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in marketing with strong focus in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research, and analytics
- A minimum of 5 years of consumer marketing experience, including product positioning, promotions, and multi-channel campaigns, with a proven track record of partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to drive results and maximize return through effective marketing strategy and execution
- Direct experience with developing, executing and measuring successful B2C and B2B marketing strategies, plans and campaign in the Retail-OEM industry
- 10+ years' relevant experience in marketing with strong focus in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research and analytics
- 4+ years' product marketing experience including brand, product positioning, promotions, campaigns, communications, market research, sales and distribution support
- Proven experience in customer, client and market research
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
