Senior Surgery Marketing Manager

Role Overview

• Lead the country-level marketing strategy for the Surgery platform.
• Oversee the development and execution of the Platform Strategy, including pricing strategy.
• Build a high-performing organization with strong talent pipelines, clear accountability, and a culture of collaboration and execution.
• Provide direction and support to ensure effective commercial execution and achievement of business objectives across all market segments.

Requirements

• University / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 7 (seven) years of experience in Commercial functions such as Marketing, Sales or Business Administration is required.
• A minimum of 2 (two) years of experience leading / supervising commercial teams is required.
• Advanced/Fluent level of English (Oral and Written) is required.
• Experience in Medical Devices is preferred.
