Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst (CPQ) to support enterprise application initiatives and drive business process optimization. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions with a focus on CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and technical requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business units and development teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Support business transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes and system efficiency.
- Perform end-to-end testing, develop test scripts, and support UAT activities.
- Troubleshoot complex system and process issues and drive resolution.
- Ensure data integrity, system controls, and scalability across applications.
- Create user documentation and conduct end-user training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform.
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick preferred).
- Proven ability to work between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience with requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
