Senior Conversation and Content Design Program Manager

Role Overview

• Understand the needs of the people served and inform design of conversations
• Establish content and conversation design principles and standards
• Work across Scrum Teams to deliver and refine digital interactions
• Prototype conversational flows and iterate user interfaces toward measurable success
• Partner with researchers and product teams to inform continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in Content Design
• 2+ years of experience leading Content Design
• 2+ years designing content using A.I.
• Demonstrated storytelling and influencing skills
• Experience with design of A.I. enabled experiences (i.e., Large Language Models)
• Knowledge of A.I. aligned to methodologies such as the Double Diamond, Agile and Scrum
