Lead Product Manager

Compunnel Inc. is seeking a Lead of Program Management to drive coordination across the Data & Technology organization. This role is responsible for aligning pods, managing dependencies, and ensuring that programs deliver integrated, working systems — not fragmented outputs.

Responsibilities:

• Align pods, manage dependencies, and ensure that programs deliver integrated, working systems

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or related roles in software environments
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional programs across product, engineering, and design
• Experience operating in highly cross-functional, business-facing roles with executive exposure
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to connect work into cohesive, business-relevant outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to manage sequencing, dependencies, and multi-team delivery
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Strong organizational and execution skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive audiences
• Demonstrated ability to drive alignment, accountability, and momentum across teams
• Experience with platform products, multi-team systems, or workflow-driven applications is a plus
