Quality Control Engineer

United Consulting Hub is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control (QC) Executive with 0–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. The candidate will be responsible for performing routine analytical testing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting quality systems to maintain product integrity and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples
• Execute tests using analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, dissolution apparatus, etc
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments as per SOPs
• Prepare and review analytical reports, documentation, and test records
• Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) , GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) , and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in method validation, verification, and transfer activities
• Investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results
• Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness, and documentation practices
• Support internal and external audits and inspections
• Coordinate with production and QA teams for quality-related issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related life sciences field
• 0–2 years of experience in Quality Control in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Basic knowledge of analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, etc.)
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FDA, WHO, ICH guidelines)
• Strong documentation and data integrity skills
