Senior Product Manager, AI Member Experience

Rocket Lawyer is the largest and most widely used online legal service platform in the world, and they are seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance their AI-driven product offerings. The role involves driving product strategy and development, focusing on user engagement and leveraging AI to create impactful product experiences.

Responsibilities:

• You must have a proven track record of translating complex data and AI-generated outputs into intuitive, actionable product capabilities and experiences
• Drive the product roadmap by identifying opportunities where AI can proactively solve user pain points
• Continuously monitor the SaaS landscape to identify emerging patterns in AI-driven engagement
• Define and analyze the specific behavioral metrics that prove AI-generated insights are driving business impact
• Lead the strategy and execution for Rocket Copilot by identifying "magic moments" where AI can proactively surface value to a user

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of software Product Development experience ideally with B2B or B2C SaaS products
• At least 4 years focused on how to optimize AI-driven user engagement
• Ability to combine a strong product sense with business acumen to deliver positive outcomes to customers and the business
