ZoomInfo is a Go-To-Market Intelligence Platform that empowers businesses to grow faster with AI-ready insights. They are seeking a Head of Performance Marketing, Agentic / AI-First who will transform their B2B foundation into an AI-native growth engine, managing all paid channels and building a system for high-throughput testing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Own all paid channels — Search, Paid Social, Display/Programmatic, review sites, retargeting, and emerging platforms — and rebuild how they run from the inside
- Use Claude Code, agents, and lightweight engineering to automate the work that today eats channel manager time: RSA generation with character-limit validation, SKAG structures, conversion upload pipelines, bid adjustments, audience syncs, creative QA, reporting
- Stand up self-serve landing page infrastructure so campaigns don't wait on design or dev cycles. You should be comfortable shipping an LP yourself when the situation calls for it
- Pioneer agentic workflows across targeting, messaging, platform ops, and optimization — not as a side project, but as the default way work gets done
- Manage multi-million-dollar budgets with discipline while maintaining the velocity of a team several times your size
- Design and run a high-throughput testing operation across creative, LPs, audiences, offers, and channels
- Define clear hypothesis → test → read → scale-or-kill loops with honest statistical rigor. No vanity wins, no p-hacking, no narrative over data
- Be the person on the team most willing to be wrong and fastest to update. Truth-seeking is the job
- Use AI to 10x the rate at which variants get produced, shipped, read, and retired
- Build the systems that let the team move fast without breaking things
- Campaign templates, QA, taxonomy, routing — reimagined as code, agents, and lightweight tooling rather than wikis and checklists
- Enablement for channel managers so they operate at the same velocity and quality bar you set for yourself
- A shared standard for what 'good' looks like across segments and regions
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Growth, or Acquisition — with a track record of building systems, not just running them
- Hands-on fluency with AI tooling: Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, agents, and whatever ships next quarter. You've replaced meaningful parts of your own workflow with AI and can show your work
- Comfort with light coding and technical systems: Python or JS, APIs, Google Sheets as a serious tool, scrappy scripts, JSON, landing page stacks. You don't need to be an engineer, but you can't be afraid of a terminal
- Deep channel mastery paired with genuine creative sensibility. You can critique an ad, diagnose a funnel, and rewrite a headline
- Analytical rigor. You can tell the difference between a real lift and a coincidence, and you care about the difference
- B2B experience required
- Intellectually honest, curious, and low on ego. You want to find out what's true more than you want to be right
- B2C growth experience strongly preferred — we want the instincts that come from operating in high-velocity consumer environments
