Bloomerang is a company dedicated to empowering nonprofits through their innovative giving platform and support services. The Business Development Program Manager will enhance the performance of the Business Development team by implementing effective training and enablement programs, ensuring clarity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own BDR onboarding and ramp, getting new hires to first SAL and full productivity quickly and predictably
- Develop core BDR skills (prospecting, messaging, objection handling) through coaching, group training, assessments, and targeted programs across outbound, inbound, and AM BDR segments
- Own and evolve BDR University, preparing reps to interview for full-cycle sales roles
- Partner with BDR and Sales leadership and RevOps to identify performance gaps, align on priorities, and deliver a clear path forward
- Drive adoption of processes, messaging, and tools across the BDR team
- Ramp time decreases, measured by days to first SAL and time to full productivity
- Training schedules across new hires, leadership, and enablement are coordinated with high visibility and reliability
- Engaging skill programs and assessments produce measurable gains in conversion rates and rep effectiveness
- Outreach sequences, templates, and messaging improve reply rates and meeting conversion
- The BDR process is clear, consistently followed, and regularly refined based on what's driving pipeline
- Cross-functional input is distilled into prioritized, actionable guidance — reps receive one clear path, not competing noise
- Enablement priorities, timelines, and dependencies are reliably tracked and visible to stakeholders
- You actively explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks to drive efficiency and support Bloomerang's mission

- You support Go-to-Market Kickoff, summer SABRs, and org-wide training in collaboration with the broader enablement team
Requirements:
- Experienced in BDR enablement, BDR leadership, or high-velocity sales environments
- Proven in building and maintaining systems that bring clarity to high volume, fast-moving work
- Able to manage competing inputs and push back when needed to maintain focus and standards
- Comfortable working with senior leaders, translating direction into clear execution
- Someone who enjoys and excels at coaching and developing early-career sellers
