Staff Product Manager - MavenAI

ApartmentIQ is a profitable, growth-stage company focused on building industry-leading martech and data products for the PropTech space. They are seeking a strategic and driven Staff Product Manager to lead their Marketing Automation Suite, balancing strategic planning with tactical execution to enhance their AI-powered offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap to grow the customer base, drive incremental revenue, and retain customers
• Work with Product leadership to define and execute product requirements for new AI features and products
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to generate business insights
• Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver best-in-class products on time
• Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch
• Define key product metrics and performance indicators to measure product success
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize product impact
• Engage with customers to understand buyer and user needs, and diagnose customer pain points
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and optimize product execution processes
