HighLevel is an AI-powered business operating system that supports agencies, entrepreneurs, and SMBs in building, automating, and scaling their operations. The Senior Growth Marketer will lead the verticalization growth framework, focusing on product adoption and expansion across key industry segments while creating structured resources to enhance onboarding and long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and implement a repeatable framework to drive adoption and growth across priority industries
- Identify vertical-specific friction points and translate insights into measurable growth initiatives
- Own growth strategy, education, and positioning for the agency segment
- Improve onboarding, activation, and expansion through targeted content and cross-functional initiatives
- Research and prioritize high-opportunity industries (e.g., Home Services)
- Develop industry-specific playbooks, courses, messaging, and growth strategies
- Create scalable training and content that simplifies complex product capabilities
- Partner with Product and Customer facing teams to improve vertical-specific user experience and adoption
- Represent HighLevel at conferences, meetups, and industry events
- Speak confidently about the product, use cases, and industry growth strategies
- Travel 25% or more to attend and present at events
Requirements:
- 5+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, lifecycle, or product-led growth roles
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, product onboarding patterns, and B2B user journeys
- Comfortable leading initiatives across multiple stakeholders and delivering results without needing formal authority
- Experience building strategy from zero, not just optimizing existing systems
- Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Comfort with public speaking, workshops, and customer-facing environments
- Strategic thinking paired with executional excellence
- Ability to operate autonomously and create structure where none exists
- Analytical mindset with the ability to tie initiatives to measurable growth impact
- Comfort influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority
