ApartmentIQ is a profitable, growth-stage company building industry-leading martech and data products for the PropTech space. They are seeking a strategic and high-energy Director of Sales Development to lead and transform their SDR organization while ensuring alignment with company revenue goals and optimizing sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Define the roadmap for the Sales Development organization, aligning SDR targets with overall company revenue goals and departmental KPIs
- Lead and mentor a multi-layered team of Managers and Individual Contributors, fostering a culture of high accountability, continuous coaching, and professional development
- Design and implement cutting-edge prospecting methodologies, cadences, and playbooks to improve conversion rates from "cold lead" to "qualified opportunity."
- Oversee and optimize our sales engagement stack (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc) to ensure maximum rep productivity
- Work hand-in-hand with Marketing on lead-gen campaigns and with Account Executive leadership to ensure a seamless handoff and high "win rates" on SDR-generated meetings
- Track, analyze, and report on funnel metrics, from activity levels to pipeline contribution, providing actionable insights to the executive leadership team
