Lead, manage and implement a consistent and sustainable practice aligned to and in support of the overall business strategy
Create the regional practice strategy and develop the strategy for their practice to enable continuous integration and continuous delivery
Own and optimize the solution portfolio investment for the owned business solutions for their clients
Identify and create demand for solutions that drive sales and ensure the financial viability for deployment
Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to create, implement and manage a technology roadmap
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science or information systems or business or a related field
Relevant technology certification(s)
SAFe Agile / Project or Program Management certification(s) are desirable
Significant demonstrated experience in a pre-sales/sales and/or solutions practice leadership role preferably gained within a global technology services organization
Significant track-record of implementing and leading a successful, global product innovation strategy while also delivering on short-term financial goals and longer-term operational improvements
Significant demonstrated experience managing and leading a team of technical and non-technical individuals
Significant demonstrated budget management, business development experience
