ABC Fitness is the leading technology provider for the fitness industry, seeking to connect with talented Sales Development Representatives. The role involves responding to inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into sales-qualified opportunities while maintaining strong CRM hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads within defined SLAs; ensure no qualified lead goes unworked
- Qualify prospects based on fit, use case, urgency, and intent to purchase
- Convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities (SQLs and SALs) with clean handoffs to AEs
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene with detailed notes and accurate dispositioning
- Partner with Marketing and Sales Ops to continuously improve MQL quality and conversion
- Meet or exceed monthly performance standards across SQL volume, conversion, and influence on closed-won revenue
- Ensure a rapid speed-to-lead (first contact within 15 minutes) and high dial activity (~125/day)
- Build trust with AEs by delivering high-quality opportunities and context
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role (tech/SaaS preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage high volume with precision and quality
- Demonstrated coachability and growth mindset
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales
- Prior experience qualifying inbound leads or working in B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with pipeline metrics (SQL, SAL, MQL) and conversion funnels
- Exposure to marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Curiosity about sales strategy and buying behavior
- Experience in a remote or hybrid environment
- Passion for Health & Fitness
- Understanding of buyer journey and qualification frameworks (e.g., SPIN,BANT, MEDDPICC)
