Map, structure, and document the entire commercial operation: funnel, scripts, cadences, qualification and follow-up flows
Create and implement Ártio’s commercial playbook
Define and monitor the metrics that matter: conversion rate, CAC, LTV, sales cycle
Coordinate the sales team, ensuring cadence, quality, and performance
Monitor and boost sales
Manage volume spikes during launches, handling up to tens of thousands of leads in short periods
Work with CRM and messaging automation tools (ManyChat, Sendflow, and Clint)
Use artificial intelligence to drive performance: conversation analysis, script generation, flow automation, reporting
Identify automation opportunities in the commercial operation and implement AI-driven solutions
Monitor operational tools and propose continuous improvements
Build and develop the commercial team as the operation scales
Work closely with leadership and the strategic partner to align goals and priorities
Design a fair compensation and commission model together with leadership; this person will have an active voice in that definition
As the business grows, evolve to lead other leaders across multiple projects and potentially within portfolio companies
Requirements
Proven experience in commercial management—not just selling, but organizing, coordinating, and developing processes
Experience with SDR/BDR: lead qualification, messaging cadences, outreach scripts, and warming up lists
Experience with High Ticket and consultative sales is a strong differentiator
Familiarity with digital product launch environments (tools like Hotmart, ManyChat, Sendflow) is valued but not required
Experience in the digital market (infoproducts) is a major plus
Mastery of SDR/BDR techniques: BANT, SPIN, cadences, follow-up, and qualification
Advanced use of CRM for funnel management and pipeline analysis
Ability to read and interpret commercial data: conversion rates, sales cycles, churn, LTV
