Role Overview
- Provide legal advice and expertise to company management and operational teams on legal matters related to the management of reusable packaging.
- Ensure the legal soundness and compliance of operations and commitments in these areas.
- Participate in the preparation and conduct of tender procedures, calls for projects and calls for expressions of interest related to the management of reusable packaging.
Requirements
- You are a qualified lawyer, with a specialization in public law, contract law or public economic law.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a company, law firm or public organization.
- You can demonstrate persuasiveness while fostering constructive dialogue.
- You are comfortable working in demanding environments and can manage priorities with composure.
- Proficiency in professional English is an asset.
