Lead and support SAP SD implementations and transformation projects for SAP S/4HANA;
Configure and optimize Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including order management, pricing, billing, shipping and credit management;
Work on simplifications and enhancements of the SAP SD module in the SAP S/4HANA environment;
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications;
Design and support integrations between SAP and external systems using IDocs, APIs, EDI and Web Services;
Collaborate with technical teams on middleware, data migration and system integration activities;
Identify and resolve interface issues, ensuring data consistency;
Conduct workshops with business users;
Prepare functional specifications (FS) and support the development of RICEF objects;
Handle incident management, improvements and change requests;
Support cutover, go-live and hypercare activities;
Ensure solution documentation and knowledge transfer;
Other routine responsibilities of the area.
Requirements
Strong experience working with SAP SD;
Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA;
Strong knowledge of Order Management;
Billing & Invoicing and Shipping & Delivery Processing;
Experience with integrations using IDocs, EDI and APIs;
Knowledge of integrations between SAP MM, FI and WM/EWM modules;
Knowledge of SAP middleware solutions;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Ability to work independently within global teams;
Analytical profile with strong problem-solving skills;
Required: Bachelor's degree (completed);
Nice to have: Experience in global rollout projects;
Nice to have: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
Nice to have: SAP SD or SAP S/4HANA certification;
Language: Advanced English (interview stages will be conducted in English).
