8+ years of professional, hands-on experience building complex solutions
3+ years working in an Architect role including: designing and building complex data solutions
4+ years of experience in Databricks, including areas like engineering, governance, security
3+ years’ experience with Azure or AWS cloud products and services
Proficiency in SQL, Python and pySpark
Knowledge of Databricks novelties, like Lakebridge, Lakeflow, Lakebase, Agent Bricks, etc
Understanding data fabric, data mesh, data vault
Ability to facilitate design discussions and communicate architectural decisions
Experience in creating reliable solution plans in cooperation with business and multi-disciplinary teams: costs estimation, delivery approaches
Demonstrated strategic thinking through a proven ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues related to regulations, industry practice and new application technologies
Experience in using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
English C1
Strong understanding and experience with design techniques of relational databases
Experience with real-time data processing and data warehousing aggregation
