Act as a CyberArk Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading engineering, implementation, customization, automation and platform evolution initiatives
Administer, configure and support EPV/Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP and Conjur components in complex enterprise environments
Implement and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, ensuring secure management of privileged access, service accounts, non-human identities and secrets
Develop integrations between CyberArk, ServiceNow, Active Directory, cloud platforms, databases and enterprise applications
Create and maintain automations using CyberArk REST APIs, PowerShell, Python and similar tools to streamline operational and engineering processes
Design, develop, customize and troubleshoot CPM Connectors, PSM Connectors, Custom Platforms, WebApps, AutoIt scripts and Process & Prompts configurations
Support the onboarding of applications, privileged accounts, service accounts and corporate integrations into the CyberArk platform
Manage Session Management capabilities, including session monitoring, isolation and recording for privileged sessions
Provide production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and incident resolution related to the CyberArk environment
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform stability, security, scalability and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Security or related fields
Advanced/Fluent English
C1/C2 (interaction with international clients will be required)
Proven experience as a CyberArk Subject Matter Expert (SME), with responsibilities in engineering, customization, automation, scalability and troubleshooting of CyberArk solutions
Advanced knowledge of core CyberArk components including EPV/Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP and Conjur
Experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM), privileged account management, service accounts, non-human identities and secrets management
Experience integrating with ServiceNow, Active Directory, cloud platforms, databases and enterprise applications
Experience automating tasks using CyberArk REST APIs, PowerShell, Python and related technologies
Experience developing, customizing and troubleshooting CPM Connectors, PSM Connectors, Custom Platforms, WebApps and AutoIt
Familiarity with Session Management, Session Monitoring, Session Isolation and Session Recording
Hands-on experience with application onboarding, production support, incident analysis and continuous improvement of complex CyberArk environments
