Design solutions that incorporate intelligent automation, robotic process automation, generative artificial intelligence, machine learning, and/or workflow systems to optimize process efficiency, reduce processing time, and mitigate risks
Consult with business partners to gather necessary inputs and recommend and/or create technical solutions to address business process issues
Assist in the introduction of new systems to facilitate a smooth and effective transition
Demonstrate awareness of industry standards for process engineering and automation to align solutions with best practices
Partner with cross-functional teams to align process improvement initiatives with organizational objectives and goals

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
