About this role
Role Overview
- Drive the logistical tracking and end-to-end coordination of foundational team initiatives.
- Manage the ongoing tracking of team Key Results (KRs), maintain central event schedules.
- Oversee comprehensive project and process documentation to prevent “process decay”.
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- Navigate ambiguity in daily coordination tasks and act as an early warning system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience
- At least 1 year of experience in Process Management or continuous improvement
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certification (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience using data and structured analysis to solve complex business problems (preferred)
