Play a key role in driving strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights that inform the company’s EMEA sales performance
Lead development of sales effectiveness and commercial productivity metrics
Support the VP and commercial leaders in formulating and executing sales strategy
Work closely with Finance on sales forecasting processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and data engineering teams
Create and maintain Power BI tools to support the sales organization
Partner with commercial leadership to define sales strategy
Provide actionable, data-driven insights
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Develop and refine forecasting models

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field (required)
3+ years of experience in business strategy, analytics, or a similar role
Strong understanding of sales support, forecasting, and performance measurement
Advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools
Experience in dashboard creation, data visualization, and reporting
Advanced Excel skills, including functions, PivotTables, and OLAP
Proficiency in SQL for data querying, modeling, and database management
Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) CRM platform
Familiarity with SFDC reports and dashboards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English and German required; French is a plus
