About this role
Role Overview
- CMMS Administration & Data Integrity.
- System Ownership: Act as the central gatekeeper and subject matter expert for the current enterprise CMMS platform.
- Asset Onboarding: Maintain an accurate, standardized asset registry for all 90+ locations.
- Data Quality Assurance: Conduct routine audits of open work orders, asset histories, and close-out documentation to ensure field technicians and vendors provide complete data.
- Platform Transition: Lead or heavily support the project to transition the utility’s portfolio to a new CMMS platform.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in system configuration, testing workflows, and validating data accuracy prior to the new system's go-live date.
- PM Task Development: Author and standardize detailed preventive maintenance task lists based on OEM manuals.
- Reporting & Performance Analytics: Generate weekly and monthly metrics dashboards focusing on backlog volume, PM compliance rates, mean time to repair (MTTR).
Requirements
- Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Three (3) plus years in facilities or maintenance planning.
- CMMS systems, facilities systems knowledge, planning and coordination.
- Licenses & Certifications: CMRT/CMRP preferred.
