Senior Self Pay Operations Specialist

Role Overview

• Oversee the self-pay collections process
• Manage bad debt inventory and placements
• Conduct reviews of deceased accounts
• Prepare and analyze self-pay aging performance reports
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide guidance and support to the self-pay operations team
• Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

• 1 to 3 Years of required work experience
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) required within 9 months of hire
• Must demonstrate openness to innovation including AI
• 2 Years/associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Office experience
• Revenue Cycle knowledge
• Critical thinking
