Coordinate and correspond with internal project team, vendors, subcontractors, and the customer
Schedule and maintain engineering activities for projects
Develop solutions to installation and other mechanical issues
Analyze progress and determine issues in the schedule in a timely manner
Recruit and evaluate talent to grow the department
Juggle multiple tasks and changing priorities
Make tactical decisions and ensure their execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business or Construction Management, or related experience strongly preferred
5+ years’ experience in the material handling industry or site project management related
Experience managing a department or focused work team
Experience with detailed scheduling
Experience working with customers in planning and troubleshooting issues
Experience in coordinating department activities with other departments
Experience managing a budget up to $40m
