Role Overview
- Review insurance policy and coverages
- Investigate complex automobile claims and determine coverage and liability
- Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices
- Collaborate with the customer, service suppliers, other insurance companies and law enforcement
Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- 3
- 5 years of customer service experience
- Previous auto adjuster experience preferred
- Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy
