About this role
Role Overview
Driving sales growth and expanding market share within the prosthetics segment across your territory
Developing and executing effective sales strategies
Identifying growth opportunities and ensuring strong market penetration
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including prosthetists, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and distributors
Acting as a trusted partner, strengthening brand positioning and supporting customers with innovative solutions
Providing product demonstrations, training, and clinical support to healthcare professionals
Effectively managing your territory to maximize customer engagement (face-to-face and virtual)
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance, adjusting strategies accordingly
Identifying and developing new business opportunities and high-potential accounts
Collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and product launches
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Requirements
Proven track record in medical device sales, preferably within prosthetics, orthopaedics, or rehabilitation
Strong understanding of sales processes, customer needs, and market dynamics
Affinity with prosthetic solutions and their clinical applications is a strong advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently within a defined territory
Willingness to travel frequently within the Benelux region
Fluency in Dutch is required; English and/or French are strong advantages
Valid driving license
