Synthesize complex supply, demand, and pricing dynamics into high-impact briefings for executive leadership and the Investment Committee to derisk capital deployment.
Establish a standardized, repeatable market intelligence framework and consistent taxonomy to compare global investment opportunities on an apples-to-apples basis.

Extensive experience in market intelligence, corporate strategy, commercial real estate underwriting, or data center development.
Strong knowledge of global data center infrastructure dynamics, cloud provider architectures, and power grid operating constraints.
Proven ability in translating complex market data and competitive benchmarking into actionable financial models and commercial terms.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership and executive C-suite committees.
