Support the sales team in designing and configuring cybersecurity solutions (e.g., creating a Bill of Materials) that meet customer requirements
Collaborate with the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to support security-related sales activities and increase partner engagement
Occasionally deliver post-sales implementation support and trainings for cybersecurity products
Communicate cybersecurity product and solution information clearly to internal and external audiences
Respond to technical inquiries from colleagues, vendors, and partners regarding cybersecurity offerings
Build and maintain technical contact with assigned cybersecurity vendors
Work toward certifications and develop technical expertise in cybersecurity solutions
Respond to support issues and follow up on internal technical requests
Requirements
Familiarity with cybersecurity Palo Alto solutions, RSA or Barracuda is highly desirable
Strong verbal and written communication skills – Portuguese and English are mandatory, Spanish is a plus.
Detail-oriented, with good organizational and priority management skills
General knowledge of the IT and cybersecurity industry (channel, vendors, competition, and end customers) is a plus but not required
Previous exposure to security technologies or certifications is a plus, but not mandatory.
