Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field
Solid knowledge of industrial IT systems (e.g., MES, LIMS, SCADA, Historian platforms like Aveva PI) and their integration with business systems (e.g., ERP)
Experience in application lifecycle management, technical debt reduction, and system simplification
Familiarity with cloud platforms, data analytics, and AI-based tools (e.g., Copilot, Power BI, Azure)
Understanding of cybersecurity, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks relevant to chemical industries (e.g., ISO, TISAX, NIS2)
Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
High level of business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving, especially in operational and manufacturing contexts
