Team leadership experience in forward-deployed, field, or solutions engineers.
Sustained customer-facing experience with GCs, IT leaders, and innovation teams.
Strong Python development skills and AWS expertise.
Direct ownership of building and deploying LLM-powered agents.
Comfort operating at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
Familiarity with the legal industry or legal tech is a plus.
