Senior Software Development Engineer (M365)

Enlyte provides technology, clinical expertise, and services that help people recover after workplace injuries or auto accidents. The Senior Software Development Engineer will build and modernize Microsoft 365 solutions, delivering them from discovery through deployment and support transition while applying engineering governance. The role also leads solution design, develops integrations and AI-enabled experiences, mentors developers, and collaborates with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver solutions from discovery through design, build, testing, deployment, documentation, support transition, and continuous improvement
• Translate business needs into scalable solutions using Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, Azure integration, Teams extensibility, custom code, or AI-enabled patterns
• Apply engineering governance for ownership, access, data protection, deployment, reliability, adoption, and supportability
• Design and develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint Online solutions, reusable components, secure integrations, and automation patterns
• Modernize legacy SharePoint or Microsoft 365 solutions using supported, maintainable architecture rather than one-off customizations
• Develop custom components and integrations when needed, including SPFx, React, TypeScript, Microsoft Graph, secure APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps
• Design, test, secure, and improve Copilot Studio agents and AI-enabled employee experiences with clear measures for adoption, accuracy, escalation, and risk control
• Lead solution design sessions, code reviews, technical estimation, risk identification, and implementation planning
• Mentor developers and makers promote reusable patterns, and balance speed of delivery with security, governance, and long-term supportability
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and produce high-quality architecture, design, deployment, and support documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology required
• 10+ years of professional software or enterprise application development experience, including hands-on Microsoft 365 solution delivery
• Advanced experience with Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, secure API integration, source control, application lifecycle management, and modern web development practices
• Practical experience with Azure integration, cloud security, monitoring, deployment, testing, documentation, and production support handoff
• experience modernizing legacy SharePoint or Microsoft 365 solutions
• practical exposure to Copilot Studio, intelligent automation, or agent-based solutions
