In direct collaboration with one of the co-founders, you will own the entire sales cycle (Full Cycle) and work on the following strategic levers:
Inbound Lead Management (70%): Qualify, engage, and close brands that come to us, fully understanding their needs.
Hunting & Outbound (30%): Own and test new multichannel acquisition strategies (phone, LinkedIn, email) to find new customers showing strong purchase intent.
Events: Proudly represent KANAL at digital and in-person events.
Tracking & Tech: Manage your daily activities in our CRM and leverage our AI tools to maximize your efficiency.
Product Feedback: Liaise with Account Management, Tech, and Marketing teams to relay field feedback and improve the product.
Sales Operations: Develop sales automations and processes in collaboration with the Head of Marketing (playbook, conversion funnel optimization, tool implementation, etc.).
Requirements
Hunter and Closer mindset: You have proven sales experience (ideally in the SaaS, Shopify, or e-commerce ecosystem).
People-oriented: You genuinely enjoy conversing, listening, and, above all, finding practical solutions to your clients' problems.
Excellent interpersonal skills: Comfortable on the phone and face-to-face, you can persuade with energy and empathy.
Autonomous and organized: As the first salesperson, you know how to organize, prioritize your actions, and be proactive.
International: You are fluent in English (essential for communicating with some of our clients and partners).
Commercial tools experience: You have used sales tools (Lemlist, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.) in previous roles.
