Ensure there is always more than sufficient demand for our product
Hire, onboard, and manage a local team of robot and deployment operators
Manage our fleet of robots and figure out how to manage a remote fleet across the Atlantic
Set up local facilities needed in the US
Stand up the required legal structure for operation and scale in the US

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a chaotic, entrepreneurial, high-growth, unstructured environment
Strong bias-to-action and getting-shit-done mentality
Ability to context switch from strategic work to practical work
Proven experience in sales, pricing, negotiations, and account management
Experience hiring and managing a team
Willingness for frequent travel between the US and the Netherlands
Excellent communication skills with all levels of the construction industry
Raw intellectual horsepower and eagerness to learn
