Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the assigned communities
Ensure residents healthcare needs are met
Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity
Supervise licensed nurses and other direct care team members within the community
Strengthen clinical processes until a replacement is identified
Support newly assigned Health Services Director
Travel within the organization to support management of vacant positions, startup communities, and leaves of absence.

Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse holding a valid California nursing license in good standing
Prefer Four (4) years experience working in Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
Prefer Three (3) year experience supervising and managing employees
Prefer Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license
Able to effectively teach/train staff
Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours of start date.
