Requirements
5+ years in Product Management, ideally with a focus on internal and/or external tooling. Financial services, compliance, or fintech experience is a big plus.
Proven people leadership of teams of 3+ people.
Firm grasp of UI/UX best practices; can ideate and prototype through lo-fi wireframes and collaborate closely with design.
Strong track record of taking initiative, owning outcomes, and bridging dependencies.
Be a sponge. You don't need to be a finance or investment expert, but you'll need to absorb complex topics quickly (subledger reconciliation, mutual fund trading flow) and apply strong product fundamentals.
Experience with agile software development, delivering features and outcomes consistently.
Comfortable with product toolkits such as Linear, Slite, Miro, and Figma.
Familiarity with API documentation standards and an interest in how AI agents consume APIs (MCP or similar) is a strong plus.
