Role Overview
- Experience all facets of our Accounting and Finance organizations during a two-year rotational program
- Work with accounting team members to prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Collaborate with finance team members and senior management to develop business plans and evaluate proposals
- Rotate in areas like ERP, Production, Operational Excellence, and Supply Chain
Requirements
- Accounting or Finance-related degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Completing prior, degree-specific internships is desirable
- Strong track record of involvement and engagement with on/off campus activities
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter, motivated, and driven to seek out challenges and find solutions.
- Willing to relocate to each rotation site and be prepared to travel for potential trips.
