Role Overview

• Build and run Storm's conversion engine as an AI-first system
• Maintain structured proof, claims and module libraries
• Create pitch and proposal module system
• Draft and produce case studies
• Assemble tailored pitch decks and proposal outlines
• Ensure readiness for RFP and procurement
• Create service one-pagers and collateral for AI transformation
• Run request intake process
• Define asset governance and coordinate with teams
• Track engine performance metrics

Requirements

• Strong structuring and writing ability
• Evidence of deep understanding of strategy, social, content, creative production and AI transformation
• Experience in sales enablement, proposal or bid work, agency or consultancy marketing
• Genuine command of AI tools and instinct for their use
• Comfortable working with senior teams and tight deadlines
• Practical understanding of prompt and agent configuration, context design
• Ability to get deep into bespoke services like strategy and AI transformation
• Evidence of building AI-assisted workflows and structured libraries
• Ability to direct clean, on-brand decks and collateral with AI and design tools
