Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical support to junior and mid-level developers, sharing knowledge daily.
Ensure resilience, observability, and performance of cloud services (Azure and AWS), with instrumentation and monitoring via Datadog.
Collaborate with the Team Lead and Tech Lead on the team's technical evolution, without being responsible for people management or formal leadership.
