Develop high-performance hybrid applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter framework and the Dart language.
Ensure code quality through sound architectural practices (Clean Architecture, MVVM), design patterns, and automated testing (unit and integration tests).
Consume and integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and cloud-based services efficiently.
Work closely with the UX/UI team to translate prototypes (Figma) into faithful, smooth mobile interfaces with excellent animations.
Optimize app performance (memory management, rendering, battery consumption, and local storage).
Ensure data security in the mobile ecosystem (encryption, secure storage, biometric authentication, etc.).
Support the deployment and distribution process to stores (Google Play Console and Apple App Store), and configure mobile CI/CD pipelines.

Proven commercial experience developing applications using Flutter and Dart.
Proficiency in state management techniques (such as Bloc, Cubit, Provider, or Riverpod).
Familiarity with scalable architectures (Clean Architecture) and SOLID principles.
Experience consuming REST APIs and local data persistence (Hive, SQLite, ObjectBox, or Isar).
Practical knowledge of automated testing within the Flutter ecosystem.
Experience with source control tools (Git and Gitflow).
Understanding of Android and iOS application lifecycles.
Knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise).
Experience or interest in integrating apps with GenAI / Artificial Intelligence services (e.g., Vertex AI / OpenAI APIs).
Basic knowledge of native development (Kotlin/Swift) for creating bridges (Platform Channels).
Previous experience at innovation consultancies, software houses, or agile squads (Scrum/Kanban).
