Senior/Principal Gas Engineer

Role Overview

• Within the Integrated Planning Delivery team, focus on understanding current gas planning processes.
• Drive toward cross-commodity integration through tools and automation.
• Collaboratively set assumptions and perform integrated technical analysis as a gas planning subject matter expert.
• Develop new insights, recommendations, and reports to support business decisions and major initiatives.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively, using appropriate data visualization.
• Perform complex or innovative assignments requiring the development of new techniques and procedures.
• Represent the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects.

Requirements

• Required bachelor’s degree in engineering from ABET accredited curriculum
• 5+ years relevant engineering experience with EIT/FE (Engineer in Training/Fundamentals of Engineering) required; 7+ years relevant engineering experience without EIT/FE.
• Preferred PE (Professional Engineer) registration may be required depending on business need.
