Collect, compile and analyze the type and nature of suspicious transactions
Advise members and clients who are victims of fraud on preventive measures
Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs
Identify operational risks and continuously help improve the Desjardins Group Security Office’s activities
Assist and support members and clients who are victims of various scams, ensuring they are satisfied with the support received and have an understanding of fraud.
Requirements
General college diploma in a related field
A minimum of one year of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Available to come to the office occasionally during training and once a month afterwards.
