Develops or modifies work procedures, practices, and protocols to improve compliance.
Writes and revises operational standards and procedures.
Provides implementation guidance to operational personnel.
Leads analysis of new or revised regulations, requirements, and reliability standards.
Translates regulatory requirements into operational processes and enterprise compliance solutions.
Develops and maintains complex operational standards and procedures.
Provides technical leadership and implementation guidance across operational organizations.

Supports documentation requests and corrective action activities.
Serves as the functional lead during compliance audits and provides technical expertise, coordinates audit activities, and supports corrective action planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Technical field, or another related discipline.
Typically requires two or more years of experience in utility operations, cybersecurity, auditing, compliance, or a related field.
FERC/NERC experience preferred.
Typically requires five or more years of experience in compliance, including utility operations, cybersecurity, or auditing.
At least two years of FERC/NERC compliance experience.
NERC Certification preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of operational business processes and procedures.
Working knowledge of applicable regulations and reliability standards.
Working knowledge of compliance and operational risk management principles.
Intermediate analytical skills.
Working proficiency with database and documentation systems.
Intermediate knowledge of AI tools used to develop compliance documentation.
