About this role
Role Overview
- Provide HR operational and system support to all Belk locations
- Function as developer and Tier 3 support for HR systems
- Act as point of contact for vendor representatives
- Configure systems as needed and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Notify end users of down time or changes to the system
- Document processes and procedures surrounding the system
- Develop job aids to support the HRIS team and train users
- Prepare reports to monitor performance and completion rates
- Maintain and update highly confidential information
Requirements
- Associate degree and/or equivalent years of experience
- 4 or more years of applicable experience
- Extensive end-user experience or configuration experience with Workday HCM
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
- Experience in HR Operations and customer service environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Time management skills to meet critical SLAs
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
