About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce user support
Manage Salesforce
user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access requests
Troubleshoot user access, visibility issues, and standard Salesforce errors
Maintain roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings
Perform routine Salesforce configuration, including
fields, page layouts, list views, and reports
Support data quality through imports, exports, cleanup, and maintenance activities
Monitor Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and standard automations
Escalate complex platform issues to Product or Engineering teams when needed
Document troubleshooting guides, support processes, and standard operating procedures
Support Sales, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams in day-to-day Salesforce usage
Requirements
5–7 years of hands-on experience as a
Salesforce Administrator
Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and CRM operations
Experience with user access management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
Solid understanding of Salesforce standard objects, including Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities
Experience troubleshooting Salesforce access, visibility, and standard system errors
Ability to perform declarative Salesforce configuration, including fields, layouts, reports, and list views
Experience supporting Salesforce data quality through imports, exports, and maintenance
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
