Work proactively to help the CEO operate at optimal capacity. As primary support to our CEO, you'll manage complex calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, coordinate travel, and clear administrative noise, while also extending support to other executives as capacity allows.
Provide excellent remote-first executive support. Most of your work will be done virtually, so you'll need to be proactive, responsive, and thoughtful in how you support leaders from afar. You'll know when to move quickly, when to ask the right questions, and when to make a judgment call.
Support high-stakes leadership moments. You’ll help coordinate and prepare for Board meetings, executive offsites, and other key gatherings where details matter and the experience needs to feel seamless.
Partner across teams. You'll work closely with the CEO and other members of the Executive and Senior Leadership Team, as well as cross-functional stakeholders and board members, to ensure clear communication and well-organized logistics.
Create systems that help the team scale. You’ll look for ways to make recurring processes smoother, from travel planning and meeting prep to Board materials and executive coordination.
