Engages in data collection, maintenance, and analysis to support evaluation, assessment, and strategic planning
Responsible for utilizing strategies and technology to analyze current and historical data to improve decision-making
Designs, develops and maintains interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, scorecards, and semantic models
Devises methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources to architect and deliver analytics solutions
Identifies opportunities to automate manual reporting processes
Interprets internal/external business environment to understand the relationship between business processes and systems
Recommends best practices to improve processes or services based on data validation and quality assurance activities
Designs and supports ETL processes, data pipelines, and data transformation workflows
Delivers user training and presents analytical insights to business audiences

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
Strong technical expertise in Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service, SQL, and data modeling
Advanced DAX, Power Inquiry, M Language, and analytics solution development
Database skills, including writing complex queries, data manipulation, and query optimization
Experience developing and supporting end-to-end analytics solutions from source systems to executive dashboards
Experience with relational databases and dimensional data modeling, ETL processes, data integration, and data pipeline concepts
Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
