Lead the development and execution for a diverse brand portfolio, including acquisition and engagement marketing initiatives across all media channels
Foster strong, cross-functional partnerships with internal agency teams, marketing colleagues, and external agencies
Oversee customer-centric campaign strategies and guide conceptual milestones
Utilize performance marketing expertise and research insights to deliver impactful creative solutions

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent relevant experience
4+ years of advertising or internal agency experience
Demonstrated ability to generate solutions with measurable results
Experience working in collaborative, hybrid or remote team environments
Capable of presenting to senior leadership and influencing decision makers
Proven experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional and highly matrixed environments
Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise brand development and launches while ensuring consistency, scalability and optimization
