About this role
Role Overview
Lead technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines, and milestones are achieved.
Support annual technology investment planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management activities.
Track project budgets, resource allocations, forecasts, and overall financial performance.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives.
Develop and deliver project status updates and executive-level reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Build strong relationships across business and technology organizations to drive alignment and results.
Support technology initiatives within the Investment Services and Corporate Trust business area.
Requirements
4+ years of experience managing technology projects from planning through execution.
Experience managing project budgets, financials, forecasting, and resource planning.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Experience providing project status reporting and executive-level updates.
Ability to coordinate work across business and technology teams to drive results.
Experience using Jira and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, organizational, and delivery management skills.
Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
