Role Overview
- Collaborate closely with business partners, operations teams, and technical delivery resources to identify automation opportunities
- Gather and refine define requirements
- Design scalable automation solutions
- Support implementation activities
- Identify and define AI and automation solutions aligned to business requirements
- Create design recommendations and define overall solution structures
- Support platform unification through consistent, reusable design patterns
- Participate in and facilitate solution workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders
- Identify impacted data sources, systems, integrations, and dependencies
- Identify infrastructure needs and constraints
- Inform functional and technical requirements, sequencing, and delivery timelines
- Assess emerging technologies for suitability and business value
- Support solution cost and complexity estimation
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Contribute as a Power Platform automation maker when needed to support design validation or targeted build activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in automation, process improvement, technology delivery, solution design, or a related discipline
- Excellent knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation technologies, Microsoft Power Platform, and emerging technology solutions
- Experience evaluating, implementing, and supporting AI-enabled solutions and emerging technologies to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency
- Knowledge of automation platforms such as Power Automate Desktop, Automation Anywhere, Tungsten, or similar technologies
- Experience developing and delivering automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies preferred
- Experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, technologies, and business areas
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions, build consensus, and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and risk assessment capabilities
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable technology solutions that deliver measurable business value and positive user experiences
